I have been interested in Koi and ponds for 6 years.
During this time I have constructed 2 ponds in my own garden and carried out work for family friends and neighbours.
In 2003 I worked for a local aquatic retailer and often gave customers my personal contact details should they need to contact me out of working hours.
It was in this way that I started to gain my own client base and as more customers started to contact me at home I decided to create Jewels Ponds and Gardens.
I feel that we offer a friendly unbiased service with a personal touch.
I understand that with fish their well being should come first and should clients need assistance with fish health problems I will endeavour to get to the fish the same day.
Like wise should you experience a pond leak etc. I will try to call the same day to offer a solution as quickly as possible.
The fish keeping community is a very friendly one and often customers end up as friends due to the kind of personal service I provide.
